Couldn't have had a better experience!!!! What I was asking my loan officer to do was a mighty task. Yet she worked tirelessly, creatively and efficiently to get what I needed. When a potential road block approached she would find a way to get through it. Most of all and what deserves the most praise is the communication!!! From beginning to end I was provided thorough updates and explanations in the most professional/personal way you could imagine!!! True customer service excellence!!!

Great Experience Where do I began. Brandon was an absolute blessing and pleasure to work with. Awesome! Do not hesitate to work with Brandon! We had some challenges in the middle of the loan (our fault) but Brandon helped us turn it around in no time. Excellent customer service and between text, email and little phone calls (just like the way I like it) we closed in no time. Super responsive always and even with the time difference. He always answered my questions quickly and never felt like I was bothering him. Highly recommend!
