It was a very good experience. Being leary of doing a loan online, Andrew was very reassuring. Had he not helped me every step of the way and being so patient and understanding for my limited computer knowledge, I'm not sure I could have done it on my own. He was able to explain my questions at my level.
Refinance I started working with this company about 2 years ago and was unable to complete the process due to situations created by me. I appreciated Bill, my loan officer, for being honest with me at the beginning of the process back then, gave me some suggestions on what I could do to improve my approval standing. I followed those suggestions and today 2021, I completed the refi process. Also helped the interest rates were great! Thanks.
Great Experience! I recently just refinanced my home and took some cash out for renovations. Lindsay was my loan officer and she was awesome. The whole process was seamless. Honest and amazing The entire process was easy. I have never dealt with someone as efficient as Amie Jones. She was always honest about the process and the steps we needed to take. Excellent customer service and Super Easy Robert was very tentative to every question. It was so easy and convenient uploading all my documents. Communication is very important when dealing with a client's home. I look forward to working with Robert in the future, and have already referred my friends and family.
