Very good experience! After inquiring about rates on a website I was bombarded with texts, emails and phone calls from Lenders. Doug left me a voice message that was different from the rest - no pressure, offering to help me with whatever I needed and just giving me a feeling that he cared more about doing the right thing than getting a commission. Thankful! Lindsay Janku was our contact throughout the refinance process. She was so helpful no matter how many questions we had. This process was stressful and time consuming as it usually is but she definitely made the process go smoothly. She communicated with us during each step. Very personal experience I was pressured to use someone local by family members. I had already made up my mind to use Lindsay after we had talked on the phone about my situation. She waited 2 months for me to be able to refinance. I appreciate how it felt like my loan was the only loan she was working on. Only once was I worried that we had stalled and then she emailed and said that she would be away for her wedding. She is the best.

Excellent, knowledgeable service! CJ set my expectations for my recent refinance and provided me with exceptional customer service. During this time with COVID19 happening he guided me through the process and delays that it was causing. I really appreciated his honesty, responsiveness and professionalism. If I ever refinance in the future (which I doubt because he got me such a great rate!) he is the only person I would call. Top Flite is very lucky to have such a great employee!
