It was a wonderful experience to work with Sam. I enjoyed working with Sam for the entire remortgage process. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, totally professional, and understanding. He always kept me up-to-date with the application. He made things easy to understand. He answered my questions when I called and returned phone calls promptly if he was busy with another client. Wonderful Experience! Adam was our Loan Officer and Brendan was our Processor for my mom's home refinance. Both were incredibly helpful and friendly.
