Survived a refi during COVID!!! The folks at Top Flite were great to work with. I started in March but did not close until June. There were no real issues. A lot of the hold up was due to COVID and requirement changes. It felt like things started to drag. My loan agent was changed to Christopher Piatchek 2 months in. He was amazing!!! Fantastic refinance process Lindsay is the most efficient person I’ve ever worked with. She was extremely kind and her team made all of the paperwork easy. We had a few glitches on our end which delayed the process and she could not have been more patient. I would work with Lindsey and Topflite again in a heartbeat.
