Excellent Service Chris became my agent halfway through my refinance process. I had started to feel like I would never close. But Chris swooped in and got things moving. He kept in touch almost daily. He answered all of my questions. I did not have to wonder where we were in the process. Chris made sure of that. Survived a refi during COVID!!! The folks at Top Flite were great to work with. I started in March but did not close until June. There were no real issues. A lot of the hold up was due to COVID and requirement changes. It felt like things started to drag. My loan agent was changed to Christopher Piatchek 2 months in. He was amazing!!!
