It was an excellent experience Eric Sielfleisch was an excellent Loan Officer. From the beginning he explained the process, what was needed from us and walked us thru the process. Without Eric's guidance, I not sure our loan would have closed.
Superior customer service After looking at alot of different lending institutions my husband and I chose to work with Warren Hutter, greatest decision we've made. Excellent Service Doug Wallace and his team made it easy to navigate the refinance on my home. My credit wasn’t where I would have liked it to be but repairs and upgrades. Need to be done. While always being professional his humor was also appreciated. If I didn’t understand something instead of explaining via text, he took the time to call and go over things, even if he was already off work due to the 2 hr time zone difference.
