5 star customer service My refi told longer than I had expected and must admit, I got a little frustrated. Mitch was always there to reassure me and answer all my questions on a timely basis. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! The entire process was smooth and easy!! Nathan was able to do what a lot of other lenders weren't (Cash out refi with bad credit) and did it quickly and efficiently. Communication was GREAT! He kept us in the loop the entire time and was EXTREMELY responsive to questions, even after hours/weekends.
