Amazing Service!!! Joshua Behlmann was amazing!!! He walked us through our home's refinancing process, quickly informed me on what was needed and submitted everything right away. My contractor was even surprised the process was as smooth as it was. Josh also gave me outstanding advise to make sure that our home was properly appraised!!! Happy Customer Chris Piatchek with Top Flite was able to get my cashout refi approved when no one else could. Not because of my credit but because he knew of a way to get my late payments ignored during underwriting approval, something 3 other companies couldn't do. I would definitely reccomend Top Flite and Chris again! He was prompt, professional and easy to work with.
