Great experience I recently applied for a refinance with cash out. Sam Brazzil was great to work with. I’ve never worked with someone who is so customer service focused. Right away he sent me his contact info along with his cell number and said I could call him anytime. He meant that. His responses were almost instantaneous and he truly is available at all hours for his customers.
