Above and beyond excellent service! I had no prior knowledge of applying for a home equity or refinance loan and was very nervous. Was good but.... The process was very easy until the end. Lindsey was nice and friendly. The only downside was the funding. I didn't know the checks would come to me instead of being paid directly. I had to take a half a day off work to be home when they arrived. Then I had to go spend $102 to overnight my payoff on one account so it wouldn't be late on top of paying $28.75 per letter for the other 11 at the post office. I was not happy about this part at all.
