Excellent Experience The process was almost too easy (if that is possible). In other situations, the steps and processes were complicated, intimidating and seemingly cumbersome however this was not at all that way. Great experience from start to finish !! Alex and Katie were so easy to work with, from the start they made me feel at ease, answering all questions with experience and knowledge. Alex and Katie took my calls even with the time difference and late at night. Both stayed on top of my loan process through Holiday's and their own personal vacations. Top Flight was great to work with! Alex K. and Vanessa took such great care of us through this process! Buying a home or refinancing can be a stressful experience but they made it so easy and stress free! They were very timely with all responses and with answering all of our questions. Something else that we really liked was the fact that Alex was with us through the entire process. We were never handed off to multiple people and it feels like we know him now because he’s so personable and easy to talk to!
