Excellent experience The ease to this process, which I thought was impossible, was so surprising. I am very grateful to Grace, my finance manager. She was so patient, and knowledgable and answered all of my questions, even if I asked more than once. She always responded to my messages quickly, and even though I thought we could not refinance, she made it possible. Excellent company and employees. So very happy.

Amazing and Fast! I have tried so many times to refinance my home with little success, but this time, it finally happened! David and Nick made the process seamless and really a pleasure! We closed in less than 30 days and I have less than perfect credit. It was so easy to make this happen and I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Great Experience This was our first time doing a refinance and Top Flite was able to help due to my lower credit score. Dustin and Scott were extremely helpful and diligent and could not have made this process any better. I think we started around the end of July and got the funds on 9/20. It would have gone faster if I did things quicker. They were very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any question I had. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Top Flite!

The wait was worth it The beginning was a major hassle. After the inspection, I had to find a handyman here in rural Tennessee to do the repairs. Well, the first guy installed the front door and did such a bad job I didn't ask him back to do the rest. The second guy said he was going away for the 4th of July weekend and would call me when he got back. I never heard from him again. They were amazing I did not think this would work out. With my credit history, I was always waiting for the "Well, we tried but it wont work" but no! Grace and her awesome team got me approved. My house appraised for $200K more than we owed and was able to cash out some equity for cash to pay for things that if I kept my current mortgage and bought, I would be paying more a month.
