Very professional and easy to work with. Mr. Fernandez was very professional and easy to work with. He answered any calls that were made to him and if he did not he promptly got back to me. He guided me through the whole process and answered any questions or concerns that I had. He was courteous at all times even when I was frustrated at times. I would highly recommend him as a loan officer.

Highly Recommend! Cash-out Refi EXPERTS! I worked with Lindsay on a cash-out refinance. She was extremely easy to work with and seemed as excited as I was to get something out of the equity in my home so that I could pay off debt. She was very understanding of my financial situation and did everything she could to make sure I got what I could out of the refinance. It was a great experience! I recently worked with Grace Jackson and Kelsey to refi my home mortgage. Grace is very easy to work with and walked me through the process. Kelsey was also great. She was very attentive and made sure everything was on track and moving towards closing. They were both amazing!

Great Experience After applying for re-financing we ran into one road block after another with past credit history that was wrongly reported. I have to say this team at Top Flight Devon & Nicole worked countless hours with many emails and phone calls to get this through. I cannot thank them enough and say how great they are to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience!!!!!!! When I first talked to Devon I thought I was going to head the same answer like I was hearing after a credit check that they couldn't help us. But when I found out that they help you out even if your credit isn't the best really surprised me and I was told from day one that we were approved!!!!!
