Amazing experience - closed the refi in 2 weeks! The entire refinance process was so easy! Lindsay Janku and Scott Marsden are rock stars! From their app. to the easy text messaging, and the constant communication - all made for a seamless and delightful experience. We spoke to them on a Thursday, were in underwriting by the weekend, and signed the docs the following Saturday. Lindsay Rocks!!! There’s nothing more refreshing than dealing with somebody that knows their business, knows the market, knows what has to be done, and does it! And on top of that responds quickly, with the answers you need. You can’t ask for anything more than that these days! I would highly recommend Lindsay without question. She will get it done for you, and keep you informed all along the way! I would also let her superiors know that she’s a valuable asset and they better take care of her!
AMIE AND BRENDAN SHOULD WRITE THE BOOK ON REFI CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Wow! Was I impressed! Every question I had was answered. My experiance was very good & smooth Lindsay & I started talking about refinancing in Oct. of 2020. After talking at that time we figured out that it would be best for me (personal reasons) to not refinance at this time. We talked about starting the process again after the first of the year. Lindsay's help though out the whole process was very helpful, on time & very professional. She always got back to me (even off hours - since we were in different time zones) Many, many thanks go out to Lindsay.

Great working with Lindsay J. This was our second refi overseen by Lindsay, and we couldn't be happier with her professionalism, efficiency, and timeliness demonstrated both times. It was a very good experience I would have to say that Joseph Daniel was very professional from day one and he made our refinance process simple and fast. If we had any questions he would respond quickly and even if it was on the weekend he would still get back to us. I highly recommend him if you are ever looking into refinancing your home!!
