Good experience It was what you would expect. I had a longer delays but that was due to holidays and unforeseen issues. I'm one of those people that ask at least one question per day but CJ was the best and answered them all. Even if it was a repeat question he had no issues and explained it to me. Very happy customer. I will for sure look for CJ again if I decide on another refi.

So easy id refinance again today I dreaded going through the refi process after hearing horror stories from friends & then when i was assigned Lindsey I knew it was going to be a terrific experience, because all Lindseys are terrific (note Im also a Lindsey) all jokes aside she made it seamless and I never felt asking a question was bothering her.
