My experience was theeeee best Lindsay was quick, honest and very patient with me. This was my first refinance so I was clueless about everything and had a lot of questions. Lindsay broke everything down and was literally available anytime. She got me the best deal and helped me save soooo much. I will definitely recommend and will be using her for my future needs!!!

Kali was great from start to finish Kali was awesome to work with from the first phone call to our last 😪. She was in constant contact with me and even walked me through some of the refinance process. I feel very lucky to have had her as my go to. Actually kinda of miss talking to her now. She made this a painless and sometimes a funny process. It was like being on the phone with a friend. Thank you Kali and was serious about missing the conversations. Thanks for being the best!

Excellent experience We first chose to work with Lindsay because she reached out to us a few times after our inquiry. She is extremely polite, not pushy let us know that when we were ready she was there for us. She was very professional, informative, understanding our need for information due to our anxiety. She was always accurate with her timing. Always promptly returned our call and text. We have already referred others to her and will reach out to her when we are in need again.

Best expereince ever when dealing with a mortagage refiance When I was thinking about a refinance on my home, I was pretty nervous about the cost, time involved, mortgage payments going up, however, Mr. Baustian made this experience very comfortable, un-stressful, and easy to follow and complete. LINDSAY IS AWESOME! GREAT EXPERIENCE! Lindsay and her team provide that "white glove" service that is so rare nowadays. I had never refinanced and my credit sucked so I was pretty "needy". Lindsay got me a great rate and did some very patient "hand-holding" with me because I had a lot of questions. You won't be disappointed if you go with Lindsay for refinance.
