Great personal experience! Nathan was absolutely the best person we ever worked with and we have purchased many homes. Always available and explained the entire process from beginning to end. This was not the easiest loan to close as our credit score was not the best due to a lot of debt. We were able to refinance and Nathan guided us on the best way to move forward to better our debt situation. We absolutely highly recommend Nathan for honest and personal touches to any loan. Cash Out Refi This is my 1st Cash Out Refi so i wasn't sure what to expect. Lindsay was amazing during this whole process. Even with the time difference She was viable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend if looking for a Interest rate reduction or Cash out Refi .

Amazing!!! This is my second time working with Lindsay, she was able to help me pull almost $30k out of my house along with lowering my mortgage payment by $500 . With this refi, I have a better rate, saving much more every month and have additional $ in my savings. Lindsay and her team were great to work with!

Highly Recommend Lindsay! Doing a VA loan under normal circumstances has lots of hoops to jump through. Try doing it during a worldwide Pandemic Outbreak when whole country has to isolate themselves at home and nearly all businesses and offices are closed. Getting payoffs from creditors was nearly impossible under these conditions. I couldn't have gotten through this without Lindsay Mortara! She stayed on top of everything to get me closed.
