Perfection We could not have asked for a better loan experience! Sam gave me all of the details of our loan up front and explained the entire process to me step by step (It has been 20 years since we have done this so it was nice to have everything laid out). I could call or text any time of the day or night and he always answered. He answered any questions I had no matter how big or small and we closed our loan very fast. Whew! I didn't think I would find anyone willing to work with me and meet my needs until I met Kyle. Well, I didn't actually meet him; however after the amount of time we spent working on my refinance loan, it felt like I knew him. I was in an emergency situation and I know had it been anyone else, they would have given up on me. Kyle didn't. He told from the start that he could help, that he could give me a 6 month plan, and he did. I am really grateful and ready to start fresh. Thanks, Kyle!!

Loan Officer review When I called lending tree for a refi I was extremely disappointed with the mortgage company I was using. It seemed like more hoops to jump through every day. My call was given to Amie. I was told she was the senior loan officer. My initial thought was this probably isn’t going to end well, but I was so wrong. She looked at my scores and reassured me she could make my loan happen. Great Experience My wife and I were shopping around to refinance our house. Our credit score was not the best and we were very worried we would not qualify. Then comes an email and phone call from Lindsay Mortara from Top Flite Financial. After speaking to her I informed my wife she was the one we were going to work with. Great to work with ! Doug Wallace and Vanessa were great to work with to achieve my goals. They patiently explained the process step by step in terms that I would understand. they virtually walked me through any difficulty with the techy stu**.and legal jargon . They also have a sense of humor. I was treated like a person.. Not a number. Highly reccomend!!
