Excellent Service Doug Wallace and his team made it easy to navigate the refinance on my home. My credit wasn’t where I would have liked it to be but repairs and upgrades. Need to be done. While always being professional his humor was also appreciated. If I didn’t understand something instead of explaining via text, he took the time to call and go over things, even if he was already off work due to the 2 hr time zone difference. I have already recommended him and his tea***.Thank You

Exceptional We would like to take this opportunity to thank Warren Hutter for the exceptional service he provided during the refinancing of our mortgage. He has made the daunting process of refinancing seem easy as he walked us through the entire process from the beginning to the successful end. He has patiently explained complicated industry jargons into simple loan procedures a lay person can understand. Excellent all around Cody Mueller was excellent during each phase of the refinance process. He consistently responded to each of my emails and answered all of my questions, even while on vacation. In general, going through the steps of a refinance can be a grueling process. Cody made it seamless. He is very knowledgeable and outlined all of our options so that we could make informed decisions along the way. He got us into a much better deal which has allowed us financial freedom. Getting a loan was as easy as ABC! I was working with another loan provider touted as one of the best in the business. However, it seemed there was always a snag. A week before closing i received the news I would not get the requested amount. By chance i spoke with Devon Fleager and the Top Flite loan team.
