Amazing experience, top tier customer service Julianne (who goes by Jules) was the absolute best. From the beginning, she made us feel very comfortable. Excellent Looking an Officer Sam was extremely helpful through the whole process. He made it easy but also because I was so organized we were able to process the loan quickly and to the benefit of everybody. He took time to hear my concerns and address them appropriately. He was very open and honest about the process, expectations, Possible scenario and the next steps each and every way.
