The surgical team from the nursing staff, the anesthesiologist, the nerve numbing doctor, the doctors assistant and Dr. Shar. They worked together like an well oiled machine with great attitudes and show by their actions how much they enjoy taking care of their patients.
Polite. Courteous. Efficient. Professional. Accurate. Caring. Very clean facility. If you have to have this kind of care, it’ll be hard to find a better experience. Granted, we all have various issues and recovery expectations and results. That said, I believe they all did as well as humanly possible.
I just had my second surgery of 2023 at TOPS yesterday. The staff and quality of care is consistently amazing. 10/10 experience both times.
Everyone at this facility was wonderful. I felt very well cared for by Everyone I encountered during my recent procedure. I honestly wasn't excited about going here initially but so glad I did.
