The surgical team from the nursing staff, the anesthesiologist, the nerve numbing doctor, the doctors assistant and Dr. Shar. They worked together like an well oiled machine with great attitudes and show by their actions how much they enjoy taking care of their patients.
Polite. Courteous. Efficient. Professional. Accurate. Caring. Very clean facility. If you have to have this kind of care, it’ll be hard to find a better experience. Granted, we all have various issues and recovery expectations and results. That said, I believe they all did as well as humanly possible.
I just had my second surgery of 2023 at TOPS yesterday. The staff and quality of care is consistently amazing. 10/10 experience both times.

This group of folks at Tops, are Top in their field. They are all so professional and friendly. I was very nervous about my procedure. From check in to going for my procedure, their friendly professionalism helped me to relaxed. This is the first time ever that I went for a procedure and the nurse did not hurt me when she inserted my IV, I barely felt it and it did not hurt or burn like all the others in the past.
