Torrey was incredible. In our transaction he served as the mortgage lender for the property we purchased but he was even more. Torrey was an advisor in the process, a communicator with all sides to get things done, and a trusted source of knowledge all while displaying high level communication skills and customer service. I should probably mention he also got us the best interest rate available on the retail market while blowing out the rates offered by the biggest banks.
