I had such a lovely experience at Tortilla in Canterbury! I was served by Katie, and she was absolutely amazing so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to explain which items were halal and which weren’t, introduced me to their new chicken flavour, and even told me about the student discount through the app. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely sweet and hospitable. Thank you, Katie, for making my visit such a great one you really deserve recognition for your service! 💛

We absolutely love it here. The food is awesome! Amber, who tends to serve us is so kind and patient with my three boys, explains what everything is and how it all works. She is amazing and so friendly! Tortilla is a staple for us when we visit Canterbury!

Used to good to go. Good food quality, good sized portions, enough for 2 persons. Quiet as end of evening and rainy day. Mixed salad bowl with meat, tasty.

We visited this place during our day trip to Canterbury. We had Nachos Quoso, Burrito and Rice bowl. We were served by Niharika. Omg, her customer service was top notch. Very friendly and pleasant. She customised our order exactly like how we wanted it and the food was lip smacking good. We loved every bit of it. Would definitely recommend. Ordered naked burritos bowl, quesadillas and burrito wrap, everything was amazing however had a horrible experience with staff (wanted to be supportive of their new staff member who recently joined), they were so confused amongst themselves. Order took ages, when it came to billing they mistakenly overcharged, they did admit it later and refunded back the amount overcharged but its been a mess and very annoying.
