We visited this place during our day trip to Canterbury. We had Nachos Quoso, Burrito and Rice bowl. We were served by Niharika. Omg, her customer service was top notch. Very friendly and pleasant. She customised our order exactly like how we wanted it and the food was lip smacking good. We loved every bit of it. Would definitely recommend. I had such a lovely experience at Tortilla in Canterbury! I was served by Katie, and she was absolutely amazing so kind, welcoming, and helpful. She took the time to explain which items were halal and which weren’t, introduced me to their new chicken flavour, and even told me about the student discount through the app. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely sweet and hospitable. Thank you, Katie, for making my visit such a great one you really deserve recognition for your service! 💛
Food was ok, not much flavour, service counter was messy, a long wait to be served. Reasonable portion size but not reasonably priced.
Great experience, appreciated the service from Katie and Eve(?) they where very kind and explained the serving process well. Enjoyed my order and the atmosphere in the store!
