I recently visited Tortilla and ordered a burrito bowl; it was absolutely lovely, incredibly filling, and packed with flavour. I rarely write reviews, but after my experience today, I felt it was necessary. I visited this Tortilla location two months ago with a friend, and we were both shocked by how rude the blonde lady serving was. The customer service was terrible, and my friend even tried to bring it up, but it was ignored. Today, I gave this place another chance and deeply regret it. Love to eat from here, they make delicious and fast food. I received great service from Shalice, she is friendly and accommodating. I ordered a cheese quesadilla, i dont like to eat meat in it and she made and placed my order through the till. Would recommend staff are friendly and so is the atmosphere.

Food is mediocre at best, relying on sauces from Nottingham for Mexican food is insane. Beer that was just pulled out of the fridge was warm. Saw a bunch of flies, a couple at my table and a couple in the bathroom, even saw the person preparing the food swatting one away. Lots of great food in Manchester, spend your money somewhere else
