Having just bought a new house, installing a trendy new thermostat wasn't quite as easy as I'd hoped. Dustin was able to correct just the right issue to ensure my Nest was giving a proper room temperature reading after a pretty frustrating time period when no troubleshooting of my own (or of a different HVAC company) was helping!
