Not very happy when I had to pay for something I didn't want to. During my cleaning it was explained to me that my insurance would fully cover the use of fluoride treatment to numb my teeth. I accepted to having this treatment completed based on this understanding, but when I checked out I was told to pay $29.00 for this treatment.
