My experience was excellent from the moment I entered the office. I was greeted in a very friendly manner. Wait time was minimal. The hygienist was very professional, informative and involved, she was proficient in her activities. Dr Gold was her usual friendly and professional self. I would expect nothing less. Overall, my time in the office was exceptional.
When my dentist of 36 years retired I decided to try Total Dentistry in Cold Spring because it was close. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Gold and her staff. They are extremely professional and are using the latest in in dental technology. I no longer have fear or anxiety of going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Gold.
Been going here for awhile and they provided me with knowledge to improve my dental hygiene and set me up for success! I had an emergency today where they scheduled me in quick— I was in a TON of discomfort, had a kernel stuck in my gums, and they fished it out fast. I’m very grateful. The staff are always very friendly and you can tell they love what they do and the people they service, and listen to your concerns. Won’t go anywhere else!
Rachel and Katie and all the staff are amazing, talented, and even FUN. I genuinely enjoy my time while I'm there and they never make me feel bad when I need to work on my teeth hygiene. I have healthier teeth because of them 😊
I went to the office today for a cleaning. Melissa did an excellent job and answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. This is the most advanced Dentistry office that I have ever been to!
