Dr. Wilke is a biologic, holistic, alternative and mercury safe dentist who’s main objective is to do no harm to patients by knowingly placing any materials into them that will cause harm, like mercury amalgam fillings, nickel beryllium metals, and performing procedures such as root canals, while also safely removing these materials placed from old dental work.

I appreciate Total Mouth Fitness because they more about you than just getting you in and out of the door. They recommend healthy alternatives for your teeth which will improve your overall health. They take the time to ask how you're doing and to get to know you personally. My teeth and overall mouth health has improved greatly since I began going to Total Mouth Fitness.
Appreciate the fact that Dr. Wilke does not offer root canals in his office. I think that is an excellent step in the right direction. I am disappointed that he does not offer more information regarding overall health and how diet can help your teeth remineralize. In that the office is willing to destroy perfectly good teeth to create a permanent bridge for filling an extracted tooth, I find his office not very different from any other dentist. I don't think there is an adequate explanation of charges before the credit card payment is made. Charges should always be explained by staff in advance of expectation of payment by the customer. Customer service should be paramount and is essential to set you apart from other providers.
