I don’t recommend Total Paving. It’s been 3 weeks since they “finished” the job but have yet to come back to fix what they did wrong. Poor communication and don’t do what they say they will and what the customer wants. They also messed up mine and my neighbor’s grass with their equipment.

New asphalt driveway already cracking. Called them twice and emailed pictures twice. Not one return phone call. The woman I spoke to on the phone confirmed that many of their customers are complaining about their new asphalt driveways cracking. These are under warranty and guarantee and you would think the company would be responsive but they are not. A shame.
RecommendedMy project was to replace 13 sections of a concrete driveway. I give the crew who worked on the project the highest rating. There was one small glitch. They did run out of concrete. The order was short by a 3x3 foot section. A new truck was onsite within 20 minutes after I realized there was an issue. I , however had issues with Totals’s automated notification system, and the office staff I spoke to. It seems Total does not know how to use the notification system. They repaved our driveway last week. We paid a hefty amount but they did do really good work. I didn’t know they were going to use our water hose. That makes me laugh but oh well. But what gets me about that is they TOOK our nozzle spray!! I thought maybe it was thrown in the plants afterward NOPE it’s gone. What I am upset about is the damages to the wall by our garage. Issues discussed with Mr. Martinez and was amicably and promptly resolved on 8/31.
Have seen them sealcoating driveways in my neighborhood. Phoned to get a quote. “Are you an existing customer?” “We only sealcoat for existing customers”I was told. Their advertising should say they are not looking for new customers.

We recently hired Total Paving to seal coat our driveway. They have been our choice from the 1st time we hired them to redo our driveway, lay paver walkway, stoop and border to our driveway. We have been pleased up to our last encounter. They were supposed to arrive on Sept. 2nd after 1pm but no one showed up. No phone call, no email, no communication at all.
