My kids love her she makes them feel very comfortable,always finds a way to make them laugh and feel better. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Holmes is great. She did what she had to do and got it right. When it comes to my daughter she is a hard poke for a Iv. But Jennifer out did her self. Very happy with the care. Thank you ladies. Great team.
I absolutely loved the care my three year old received today. Went in after being denied by my sons doctors office for not having an appointment. But he was in excruciating pain due to an ear infection. As soon as we walked in we were treated so nicely by medical assistant Angela. God bless her. Super friendly, inviting and caring as soon as you open the door. I walked in a lil down in the dumps and spoke just to Angela and Thomas, walked out with a snack and a Capri sun 😁 , and a smile.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and patient with you. Ms Angie always has a smile on her face and treats you with respect and like family. The Nurse Practitioner was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They made the difference for my visit. The nurse practitioner was very kind and not in a rush to other patients, she took her time and helped me understand everything and answered all my questions with a good explanation. Would recommend this place highly.
We had the best experience today. From the front desk to the nurses and doctor, I can’t thank y’all enough for being so nice to us. I went into Total Point Urgent Care today in so much pain and feeling terrible. Everyone there was so super nice and took care of me. They actually care about you and getting you better. Highly recommend this place.
I went into total point urgent care and was immediately treated with kindness by Maria orellana at the front desk. I was easily able to fill out the paperwork. Angela Merida and Jennifer Holmes treated me with kindness when I was called back. All in all it was a very great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.
Service was great upon arrival. From Maria at the front desk, to Angela and Jennifer who provided excellent bedside service. I'd highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
