i loved this hospital so much they were very nice very respectful and not lazy or anything and workers were so delightful they even said i was the best patient shout out to Rebecca and all the other nurses  from : Camryn Thompson ❤️❤️

My experience was amazing had a good experience being taken care of by the staff!. The front Desk Assistant Irene was super helpful with everything and was very kind and patient. Dr.A and RN Fares were super kind when assisting and insuring i had everything taken care of to be able to be set off, Loved RT Nancy she was very kind as well!.  Definitely recommend to come in and experience a great safe space environment with helpful staff.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care After My Biking Accident – Thank You, Dr. Zarr and Nurse Paula! I came to this clinic after a biking accident left me with a fractured wrist, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Every since TotalCare has opened in Arlington I have been patient there. I refer another of people thereafter I let them know why. My first time there I had a hand injury and the staff was very accommodating and kind..I could not ask for better from a facility. The doctor's bedside manner was incredible. So while spreading the word my husband doubted me until few days ago and I demanded WE go TotalCare..kicking and screaming I drug him through the doors..lol. Professional, attentive, kind, efficient, quick and informative are the words that come to mind regarding the medical staff: Dr. Jenson, Nurse Crystal, Tech Terry and front desk Tee. I have sought care at the TotalCare in DeSoto before and will continue to use them as my primary source for emergency care.

I had a flareup of a sciatic nerve, the pain was so intense. I could not wait for an appointment for the next day. My daughter suggested I try the emergency room at Total Care. Mind you, I have gone before when it was under different management. I am singing their praise today! I have never gone to an emergency room and met and been treated by some of the warmest caring individuals.
