Fantastic experience. They got my daughter back quickly. Everyone was friendly and responsive. Dr. Chen and the nurse Melissa listened carefully and asked great questions. No condescension which is often present in medical situations. They quickly got her treatment and relief. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A++

I barely made it to total care. I had chills and was clammy not feeling well. At all. But I went in the from t receptionist he was great he helped me get signed in and back to the back to Dr Chien and his staff. I don't remember all the nurses that were assisting but they were very polite worked quick to get my levels back in range. Very pleased with Total Care and Staff. Thank you all. 😊

This is the best experience I've ever had in an ER, HANDS DOWN! Dr.Stewart was and is an amazing attentive doctor who completely listened to my issues and immediately found a solution. Thank you to all the other staff for providing such a great experience as well.!

The staff was amazing! I was treated with the uomost professional care and respect. All procedures were explained thoroughly. The nursing staff and cray technician were all phenomenal! All of my questions were remarkable. A truly pleasant experience from check in through check out. If I ever need emergent care again, this is definitely the er my family will visit.

The staff is wonderful and service provided was exceptional. Probably waited no more than 10 minutes before I was with nurse. Highly recommended!
