Best ER visit hands down. Look no further than here. MD Max Franklin, Lynette, Tammy, and KJ were all excellent caring people! They made sure my spouse and I were very comfortable and understood everything they needed to do as far as tests. Always asked if there was anything at all we needed, and were always very respectful. 👍

I was a walk-in and the entire experience was so welcoming! I appreciate that the front staff check your insurance to ensure you do not waste your time and also that you don’t get billed out of pocket. Each staff member greeted me with a smile and was friendly and helpful. Dr. Max Frankum was very pleasant and informative. Thank you ☺️ registration. (KJ) Nurse (Lynette) Radiology (Lakisha).

Had a smooth experience at Total care with Dr. Frankum. He was very helpful and listened to our issues. Everyone we spoke with at the facility was professional and kind. Bonus was we had our daughter there and he gave her some toys at the end which was so sweet and made her day.

Got in immediately and had the best experience because of the entire staff from the nurses to the doctor being so compassionate and attentive. Dr. Frankum is the sweetest man with amazing bedside manner. He makes you feel very comfortable and safe to be open no matter what you're in for

I was so thankful for the excellent care I received here after becoming very sick while visiting Frisco/ Plano. The doctor , nurses and staff were attentive , I didn’t have to wait long and they were so compassionate and caring. I highly recommend Total Care ER.
