I had a dental post implanted on 12-30-21 and today (9 days later) I have excruciating pain so obviously I have infection and quite possibly in my jawbone. I came to my regular go to place for urgent care because their fb page states they’re operating as usual which means they take walk-ins. Today I took my son in for an appointment for a Covid rapid test, which is required for an upcoming surgery. When I called to schedule, I told the staff we needed a rapid test and for why. Nothing was mentioned other than the appt time and day. We got there 10 minutes early only be getting called back 20 minutes late. In the meantime, we were charge the copay. Unfortunately, they must be extremely short staffed because they never answer the phone, and when they do, you’re put on hold until you get the hint. Sad to say this location has gone downhill. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my prescription, and still no response.

There have been multiple times that I’ve waited over an hour to see the doctor, even though it was not very busy. Almost every time I’ve went, they have gotten my diagnosis wrong and I have had to seek out another doctor for the correct diagnosis so I could get better.

Doctor gave me antibiotic when all I needed was Mucinex and an allergy pill. Tapped on my forehead and asked if I had pain or pressure there. No but I did behind my eyes. I took Mucinex 24 hr extended release with some Allegra and I am already feeling better. Didn’t even get his prescription filled, it wouldn’t have worked anyways.
I was a Little disappointed. My regular Doctor Who is Dr. Jan wasn't there. I went in and had to do a breathing treatment because I couldn't breathe and they gave me some medication. I've taken the prednisone before and the anabiotic but the cough syrup I've never taken before and I even asked the nurse about it because doctor Jan always gives me one of two other prescriptions.
