I have always enjoyed visiting this clinic. On my most recent visit, my bride was seriously ill and rather than doing a lot of tests and guess work, the physician recommended we visit the ER. This was probably the quickest way for my bride to recover from whatever knocked her back so badly. I applaud their discernment. Also, they are not afraid to place signs and books related to Christianity throughout their clinic. I'm at Total Care several times a week. I love everyone there! They are so good to me and my boys. They have become family. � this is where you need to be. They are more than medical they fill your soul with patience and kindness.
I am very disappointed in the service I received on yesterday, December 27th. I went in because I had a cough with yellowish, bloody filled phlegm. However, when I was seen the physician only addressed my blood pressure due to it being elevated. By no means am I upset about this being addressed. I agree that was a concern. I was prescribed a blood pressure pill and a follow up appointment was scheduled for a month out. Flu and COVID tests were negative. However, I did have a low grade fever.
