I was very disappointed with my appointment today. Number one when I got there there was no one there one person came in after me and got to leave before me. I declined having a Covid or a flu test because I know I don’t have Covid or the flu. I know I have a sinus infection but they insist I have a head cold so now I get to go tomorrow and spend more money in order to get the medications I need to get better. I've been going to this particular Total Care for several years. Great results! So, I had my annual physical 10 days ago. I received a call on Thursday, 8 days later, that 1 more vial of blood was needed...on top of the 6 vials already taken. So I went in this morning to get that done. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I came in. I could barely understand her. My doctors office closed. Friend recommended this place my I’m disappointed in this place. Long wait times. I came in looking for a PCP after my doctors office closed and a recent Emergency visit. I was told in ER I had acute pancreatitis. Went here but I’m not really being treated. They are not giving any medication for treatment only will put in a referral.
