I previously had a roofer that did some shoddy work installing a “new” roof. What I received was a scratch and dent roof by the time they were finished. I had Janis Ortiz and her team come by to give me an estimate on repairs because the original roofer refused to come out. Janis gave me an extremely reasonable price, went out of her way to get the correct shingles to repair areas that were done incorrectly and got up there HERSELF with her partner to do the repairs.
