I thought the service was good UNTIL -- they ruined an expensive ABC Carpet area rug. They admitted to the damage, and claimed it occurred during the normal cleaning/drying process.They reimbursed for half of the dry cleaning costs. The employee at the counter said he just does what he's told to do.
I tried very hard. Had two pair of pant just to change the elastic. That took two weeks. ? And I had to call ask where they were !!! She over did it ,double the fabric. charge at lot money per pair. .- good Job but totally unnecessary, Without asking. ! and then it was to still to Big measured was kuwrong . bring it back again waiting a week again ( had to call ) and the jokes on me they never.change it. Tower Cleaners shrunk my sweater after a basic "dry clean". I brought it back to the cleaners, and they told me that they would send it back to the factory to try to "fix" it. The sweater came back stretched out and further ruined, and all they could say is they followed standard dry cleaning. At a minimum, I expected a refund for the dry cleaning fee and would have appreciated some reimbursement for my $350 sweater. Used multiple times for dry cleaning and alternations - sloppy work all around. The hem job on one of my pant legs came undone, cuffs on a ($45) shirt alteration are uneven, late dry cleaning that left me in a scramble to find a shirt, dirt marks on dry cleaned shirt, plenty of loose threads, and two buttons fell off of a shirt shortly after them dry cleaning it. Was right around the corner so I kept giving the benefit of the doubt - save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else
I needed my pants tailored on short notice (two days turn around time) and they were able to do so. The seamstress was very kind and the prices wasn’t bad at all. I need my length shortened and my pant narrowed. Overall, I had a great experience for my first time and I will certainly go back to use this cleaners again.
