We switched last year from another supplir we'd been with it 30 years. No regrets! We felt like we had become jst an account number with the other folks. They let us run oout of oil at least once each of the last 3 years we had tthem (and we were on an automatic delivery plan). The times we needed service started to be an issue as well - every visit, even for a simple annual cleaning required a follow up visit because the technician would break something or fail to complete the job correctly.
