Although it took a couple of trips to zero in on the exact problem, this issue was remedied and the car is back to normal. Staff was courteous, attentive, offered a loaner, etc. In military terms, they exceeded expectations.
Customers service excellent. They me to work and picked me up exactly when promised.

I have a rattle on the left rear end of my car. The mud flap was missing a screw from the tire rotation done visit before last. Repair has been done 3 times. I also have a reading that comes on while I am driving...something like...unavailable front radar. It was supposed to have been fixed last week while in for maintenance. It comes on more often now.
