I have always had a great experience here but this time was a bit disappointing. I took the time to make a reservation and it was just a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told it would be over 2.5 hours- and "sorry we had a lot of walk ins for the Juneteenth holiday since a lot of people were off." Ok great that you had walk ins but what is the point of making a reservation if I am in the same queue?
