I've been getting my oil changes done here since I bought my car in 2012, and until now, your staff always explained if there were any issues, anything to keep an eye on, or any recommendations after the service. But this time, there was no explanation at all. Has something changed in your system or procedure? I still appreciate the discounts on oil changes with the coupons.
