It was a good experience overall. While I was waiting for my car, I overheard the checkout person tell someone that they have certain amount of money on their rewards program. When I asked about it, she said this has been going on for a while and every time you spend money you get rewards to use on the next service and that I should have been enrolled long time ago, well I was not.
