Car still smells like smoke, but they offered for me to take it in again to get it detailed. A little slow--I think they forgot about me. They said it should be a pretty quick thing to do, but I was there for an hour. Maybe they were backed up?
... was fine. But with NO cars waiting, my car was returned w/o mats and not vacuumed. So much for customer service.
Town center is a great service company! Also, they treat their customers with respect and are honest.
