Although it took a couple of trips to zero in on the exact problem, this issue was remedied and the car is back to normal. Staff was courteous, attentive, offered a loaner, etc. In military terms, they exceeded expectations.

Was having difficulty starting car. immediate and friendly attention from Dominic It was determined that the problem was the battery. It was changed, under warranty. In and out quickly. It was a satisfying experience. Recommend this dealership and service department to everyone, especially Nissan vehicle owners.

Immediate attention. Friendly acknowledgement of previous visits. Advised that service would probably take one hour and thirty minutes, due to heavy volume that day. Service completed within that time frame. Comfortable waiting area. Dominic, my regular service rep, came into the waiting area to greet my wife and I. I would recommend this service department to all Nissan vehicle owners.
