I have had from 1 to 4 bird dogs, English Setters, for over 30 years. We spend lots of time together in the woods, and as you might expect they are exposed to hazards from other critters, bad water, pulled muscles, punctures and most everything else you can image. We also have had the opportunuty to travel extensively to hunt. RecommendedAbsolutely love it !! Here And would not go anywhere else and Dr. Kim is so easy to talk too and girls up front and in back so under standing. And the ease we have to know our pets are in great hands . I would recommend anyone to come here .

Wanted to charge a $30 fee for canceling an appointment 2 days before the date scheduled because my animal wasn’t feeling well. Unreal.

Hello Alyisha. Our clinic does have to implement cancellation fees. The clinic requires a 1 business day notice for standard appointments and 2 business days notice for surgical visits. We do always make clients aware of this at time of scheduling and also give every client one free pass as things happen. We always strive to do our best and want to keep our wonderful clients as happy as possible. Horrible experience with the front desk. No customer service skills, patience,nor empathy. I understand it’s a hard job and they deal with a lot, to be treated that way was wrong.Front desk very combative when asked a question. Veterinarian seemed to care and tried to get answers. no longer allowed to go back there. Not allowed to ask questions and want to see all charges before paying. Can’t be tired, stressed, worried for your dog. After that experience would not be back anyway. Over all I do not recommend.
