We were traveling through pulling our fifthwheel RV and had a check engine light on with our newly purchased 2020 Ford F350 6.7. We pulled the rig into Town East Ford and Tyler, one of your service reps listened my story and immediately went to bat for us. He told us about an RV park nearby and got us scheduled for the next day to look at the truck. Sara did an amazing job for only being there 3 weeks when I visited. She’s kind, professional, and driven. Anuj was fantastic. He helped me get a new car rate on my pre-owned vehicle. He is also very transparent with warranty pricing and gave me an amazing deal. He’s a very professional and honest individual.
