We purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer on October 4, 2022. Our salesman was Tate Keffer. He was a great guy! He kept us in the loop every step of the way during our process. After we left the dealership we noticed we did not have a spare tire and the tool to change the tires. We contacted Tate and he made sure we got a spare tire and the tool. If you are looking for an HONEST dealership Town East Ford is that dealership! I would definitely recommend TOWN EAST FORD! Ask for Tate Keffer.

We were very happy with our transaction at Towne East Ford. Farle was amazing to work with. He kept us updated on our Bronco build every step of the way. He went out of his way to help us make the transaction smooth and painless. He did an excellent job explaining the benefit of adding on extra packages.
