Our experience was good overall. I didn’t feel that we got the trade value we should have but the sea overall was good so we went ahead with it. The trade value estimate from their website was not honored because “the market is shifting and their valuation software hadn’t been updated yet”. I felt like that was an excuse but nonetheless, the overall deal was good.
