Purchased new Explorer and could not be happier with the level of service provided by my consultant Andrew Page. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the Explorer. Highly recommend Town East Ford and Andrew Page. Also sales manager Scott Frankel was super helpful and in finance Boris Loncaric listened and worked to get me great terms.

Overall it was Anuj was great to work with. I'm pretty introverted though so the push for extra insurance raised my anxiety quite a bit. I guess I was just a little confused on how things worked... I just wanted to know exactly where my money was going. Anuj was patient with me though, so a big plus there. :)
